It's that time of year again. Since Halloween every department store and retailer has gone full blast on getting the Christmas decorations up. Already there are discounts of incredible proportions being offered for cars and men's suits and so on.

The internet has equally gone crazy. I've gotten more spam in the past 2 weeks than in the months prior combine. Everyone want you to buy something, now!

Well I want you to buy something too. At least I'm honest enough to not try to slam it down your throat or hide it behind some kind of jingle. But like ever other retailer the economy has made life difficult for me as well. So I appreciate if you you check out my online stores.

Catchy title no? Inspiration for my latest t-shirt design literally came out of a comment I made with several friends at a party not long ago.

Off the cuff, I hit everyone with this little phrase. As you might expect it floored everyone. We were all laughing for several minutes, and since it's become a bit of a catch phrase among us all. So I though I might share the humor with all my readers.

An update from Michael Vass

Ah yes I have been busy. With the upcoming 6 month anniversary of the shooting in Binghamton NY, plus the holiday season starting with Halloween, there has been much to do.

With regard to the shooting, I plan to review what has changed for the average person in Binghamton, and what has not. While many want to forget what has happened I believe in the adage

"Those that forget history are doomed to repeat it."

On happier news, there is Halloween. As you may recall I recently made available purchase of Alchemy of England products. These are high quality, hand-crafted, English Pewtewr and Swarovski crystal products imported directly from England.

While many consider these goods only something for the halloween holiday, as an addition to a costume, or something only for those into the Goth lifestyle I believe otherwise. These are products that anyone can enjoy and appreciate.

I believe that the selection of Alchemy products are something that people in every style of life can engage with. Whether its a ciggarette or lighter case, a flask, a goblet, earrings, pendants, whatever. Age is not the factor, expressing your own style is.

Where have I been?

I know some must be wondering why they have not heard anything from me in a couple of days. Sadly, I have not been on vacation.

I have been working on gaining interviews from directors that will have their film shown at the Tribeca Film Festival. I plan on meeting with Cynthia Basinet again to update what is going on with her.

I have decided to work on converting all my product found in the online store, into items available for direct sales. There are plans being made for several new calendars and photos shoots. I am reviewing several potential models for the shoots.

I am continuing to expand the company, and an interviewing a couple of potential new writers, to assist me in covering all the subjects and issues that matter most to you my readers. Plus I am working on several local projects.

All of this while I have picked up my own 9-ball team in the APA league I play in. My original team (we had to split the team) currently stands to win 1st place in 8-ball and 9-ball this season. In a month we go on to play for a chance at the nationals and a trip to Las Vegas.

And of course I am continuing to fix up and decorate my house.

All of this while having an increased work load with my clients, and trying to ensure both they and I are ok through this economic downturn.

It has been quite the month, and the last couple of days have been busy. But never fear. I am still on the job. More will come shortly.

A bit of pre-Super Bowl spice

Well there is some time before the Super Bowl starts, so I thought I'd add some spice in honor of Valentine's Day. Since everyone is aware that I have 18 clothing lines, and adding more regularly, with over 1500 designer items I figured I'd show off one of my latest t-shirts.



As male models go, I think I'm not bad for my age (40). Hopefully the ladies will agree. Please do be kind.

Of course this is just one of the multiple lines I have for Men's clothing. And there is no shortage of ideas that are coming up.
